Brandy Morrison helped lead the Lakers women's volleyball team to the programs first NJCAA Region III, Division III, District A Championship. The Lakers would earn their first appearance in the National Tournament, coming away with a 7th-place finish. Thanks to her contributions to the Lakers, Morrison earned Female Athlete of the Year at the 2022 FLCC Athletic Banquet.
