From Elba, N.Y., and attended Elba High School. Luft was a member of the Lakers 2022 women's soccer squad, as well as serving as a multi-sport athlete, competing on the women's basketball team at FLCC.

Luft is a Physical Education major at FLCC...2023 MSAC All-Conference Honorable Mention...Two-year athlete on the women's soccer, women's basketball, and softball teams.
