Bio

Her Plaque Reads: Ryan Henry graduated from Rush-Henrietta Senior High School in 2005 after playing football for two years and basketball for four years. As a result of a football injury in his sophomore year, Ryan turned his focus to basketball and was voted MVP of the 2004 sectional finals. He played point guard for the team and made it to the sectional finals in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade. His team won the sectional finals in 2004.

After graduation, Ryan chose FLCC as his college, because he wanted to play basketball and he had several friends and old teammates already on the FLCC hoops team. During his first year at FLCC, the basketball team as rated as one of the top 16 schools in the USA.

While playing for FLCC, Ryan became the school's all-time leading scorer for the men's basketball program as he totaled 1282 points throughout his two-year career. In addition to being the school's scoring leader, Ryan has the most assists (401) and three-pointers (175) in program history. As a Laker in 2005-07, he accumulated the most points (688 and assists (210) in a season, and in 2006-07, Ryan racked up the most three's (90) in a season. In addition to his record holding numbers, the former FLCC great notched the most assists (12) in a game in Laker history in 2007. In 2006 and 2007, Ryan was All-Region and All-Conference as well as Mid-State Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2007. He was named to the NJCAA All-American team in 2007.

At the end of his time at FLCC, Ryan was awarded a full basketball scholarship to Daemen College in Buffalo, New York. In 2009, he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration after a tow-year winning season in Division II basketball. Currenty Ryan is employed as a sales consultant with AT&T.
