How to Join the Finger Lakes Community College Woodsmen

(1) Contact Ryan Staychock: Let Head Coach Ryan Staychock of your interest of joining the Finger Lakes Community College Woodsmen team. The Finger Lakes Community College Woodsmen team accepts students of all abilities and no prior experience is necessary.

(2) Physical Examination Form: In order to participate on the Finger Lakes Community College Woodsmen team, a participant must have a completed physical examination on file. Prospective team members should print this form and schedule an appointment for a physical examination with their own physician. Students who are unable to receive a physical examination on their own may receive one through the community college. (3) Health History Form: In order to participate on the Finger Lakes Community College Woodsmen team, a participant must also have a completed health history form on file. Prospective team members should print this form out and complete the questionnaire to the best of their ability.

(4) Return Health Forms: In order to participate, both the physical examination form and health history form must be returned to Stephanie Carminati. Prospective team members can mail both forms to the following address:

(5) Attend Practice: Practices for the 2015-16 Woodsmen Team begin on Monday, August 31st at Marty Dodge Woodsmen Field at 2pm. They will then run Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
