Lakers Go Down 1-0 to Kats

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. – The Finger Lakes Community College Men’s Soccer team ended their game in a tough loss against Erie Community College this past Wednesday 0-1. This broke the Laker’s two game win streak.

Despite the losing finish, the Lakers played a strong game. They kept the score to 1-0 and fought their way to the end. The only goal of the game was scored in the first half by the Kats. Kee Doe was passed the ball by Mustapha Ibrahim to score. The second half went scoreless.

Laker’s game leaders were Felipe Gonzalez with two shots, and goal keeper Brayden Kane with 3 saves.

The Lakers play next against Roberts Wesleyan College’s JV team. They play at home on Saturday, September 9 at 4:00pm.
